This website allows researchers to search the available NHANES genetic variants by Survey Cycle, RS ID (The Reference SNP cluster ID is an accession number referring to a specific variant), Gene Name, Gene Symbol, Chromosome, and Cytoband. Researchers use this information to develop a proposal to submit to the NCHS Research Data Center in order to gain access to NHANES Genetic Variants in a restricted manner.
